Camping & Accomodations

If you have never raced in the B24, camping is available on site for both Friday & Saturday nights.  Camping spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Actually, they’re not assigned.  Show up and pick a spot!  We don’t segregate between solo racers and teams so pit where you want.  There are no hook ups for water or power so plan accordingly.  RV, campers, tents, tee pees and anything else you may use for shelter are welcome.

We’ll be on site around mid morning Friday.  You can begin showing up any time after that.  Due to federal land use regulations, we will have to collect an extra $10 from those of you camping on Friday night.  We’ve got you covered for Saturday though.

Night Time is the Right Time

If camping is not your thing or you want a soft bed to rest your weary body after the race, consider staying at the award winning Hampton Inn of Wilkesboro.  A short 3 miles from the trail head, The Hampton has been the official hotel of the B24 for 9 years running.  Let them know you’re in town for the B24 with the BMCC and receive a discounted rate for your stay or book online.
